Pressure Sensitive Vinyl Just Got Better!
We are excited to offer Pressure Sensitive Vinyl options that improve performance in print production and end applications. Many of our MGX products have been improved with new, harder adhesives that will result in cleaner cutting and die cutting, reducing the frequency and necessity of cleaning blades and dies. The improved Low Tack Removable adhesive provides the tack and longevity you need without leaving behind adhesive residue.
MGX has also standardized their liners to an 80# clay-coated bleached kraft liner, improving lay flatness, kiss/die cutting, and scored-back options. Specifically, the new liner will allow for less invasive scores while maintaining the ease of cracking and removing the liner for application. The subtle nature of the scores enables you to both kiss and die-cut the new scored products without having to use a zero split liner.
The new and improved offering boasts superior performance and broader compatibility across Indigo and Dry Toner production press technologies while expanding our portfolio to serve you better.
